2017 - Director of Product Management

Responsible for setting the digital product vision and development trajectory for a $4 billion brand. Leads Product Management team for all digital channels: Web, Mobile, and POPS (Point of Personalized Service). Responsible for digital roadmap, requirements, prototyping and delivery of digital products. 

Programs and Platforms include: 

Mobile - Oversee Product Management of new mobile app including UX/UI, design, development and delivery of new mobile platform from a previous off the shelf solution to in-house owned product. App includes personalized rewards powered by a integrated marketing tool to deliver relevant events, promotions, offers to the user. Includes a menu structure to accommodate feature enhancements like order ahead, customizations, and favorite items. 

Web - Leading the design and development of a Google App Engine based Angular site, including a menu management solution and Nutritional CMS backend. Platform saw a 130% growth in unique users in it's first year, and continues to be the largest digital footprint for the brand to funnel users into the Sonic CRM system.

POPS - Leading efforts to integrate mobile and web based "check-in" at our 70,000 POPS stalls in 2600+ stores, including POC (proof-of-concept) of order ahead with geofence firing of order to kitchen. As well as the development of the platform to accommodate a personalized experience with mobile check-in and pay at the POPS stalls. Each store has 25+ POPS units for cars to drive-in and order their food. 

Infrastructure - Leading the day-to-day development on the movement away from server based monolithic API system to a cloud hosted micro services API architecture to enhance our digital innovation platforms. Partnered with POS leads and App Services leads to delivery the customer facing experiences for the brand.ward.

2016 - Director of Ecommerce Delivery

Participates in the strategic planning process for ICE (Integrated Customer Engagement) functions and defines the portfolio of projects needed to execute the strategy and delivery of the digital and online customer facing initiatives. Responsible for leading the planning and execution of all programs and projects across multiple delivery teams according to strict deadlines and budgets. Ensures all program deliverables are met and proper risk management is employed.

2015 - Director of Product Experience

As the Director of Product Experience at Sonic, I lead a team focused on product UX/UI for all the digital platforms -- Mobile, Web, POPS, & Loyalty. Our goal is to create an integrated SONIC experience across all platforms. I've also been tasked with leading the Innovation Lab -- building future looking innovation for the burger industry.
